Information to provide

For an order complaint, include the order number, product, contact details, a clear description of the issue and supporting photos/documents where relevant. For privacy complaints, write “Privacy Complaint” in the subject.

What we will do

We will acknowledge and review the issue, check the relevant order or communication records, request additional information if needed and provide an outcome or next step through the available contact details.

Escalation

If the matter remains unresolved, Saudi consumers may use the complaint and reporting channels made available by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, subject to its current procedures. Ministry consumer-report channels include 1900 and the Commercial Violation reporting service/app.

No retaliation

Making a good-faith complaint does not remove or reduce any consumer right that applies by law.
