Any express manufacturer or product warranty that applies will be stated on the product information, invoice, order confirmation or accompanying documentation.

Statutory rights

This page does not limit mandatory rights relating to defective, counterfeit, unsafe or misdescribed goods under applicable Saudi consumer-protection rules.

Reporting a defect

Contact us promptly with the order number, product name, description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Keep the product and packaging until we advise the next step.

Care instructions

Follow the care label and product instructions. Linen life and appearance can be affected by wash temperature, chemicals, bleaching, drying, ironing and commercial-laundry processes. For hospitality use, confirm the intended wash process and specification before ordering.

Normal wear and misuse

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, normal wear, accidental damage, improper laundering, misuse or use outside stated product specifications is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
