Prices are displayed in SAR. Applicable VAT, delivery charges, discounts and any other payable amounts are shown or confirmed before order completion. We may correct genuine errors or inaccuracies in product, pricing or availability information, subject to consumer rights under applicable law.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed in accordance with the checkout process. Project and B2B quotations

Where there is a conflict, the signed/accepted project quotation applies to that order except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Gentelle branding, site content, product imagery and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where law allows.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party payment, logistics, maps or other services. Their own terms may apply to the third-party service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control or misuse of the site.
