Payment methods

Only payment methods shown as available at checkout should be considered accepted for that transaction. Availability can vary by device, order or payment provider.

Authorisation and security

Payment may be subject to card, bank, wallet or payment-provider authorisation and fraud/security checks. An order may remain pending until payment is successfully confirmed.

Failed or reversed payments

If payment fails or is reversed, the order may not be confirmed or may be placed on hold. Contact us if money appears to have been debited but the order is not confirmed.

Pricing errors

If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct it, continue the order with your agreement, or cancel and refund where appropriate, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refund method

Approved refunds are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider, normally back to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.
